This begins with opening a Retirement Savings Account (RSA) with us and the issuance of a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to each of our contributors. It also includes a prompt and regular update of client accounts to reflect the monthly contributions received on their behalf

Opening a Retirement Savings Account

To open a Retirement Savings Account with us, simply download and fill a copy of our Retirement Savings Account (RSA) Form.

On completion of registration, we will generate your unique PIN and send same to you via SMS. We will also send to you, a copy of your Welcome letter to the address provided on your RSA form via registered mail

Once your PIN is generated, we advise that you immediately inform your employer of your PIN, your PFA (in this case, Access ARM Pensions Limited) as well as your Pension Fund Custodian. This will facilitate, the smooth remittance of your monthly pension MeSion

With your RSA now fully functional, you will receive an SMS alert anytime a payment is made into your RSA

Remitting Pension Contributions

The Pension Fund Custodian (PFC) to our RSA Fund is First Pension Custodian Limited, pension contributions can be remitted through any First Bank branches across the country.

Please note that when payments are being made, the name of the depositor should be the Employer name. All contribution cheques must be in favour of “First Pension Custodian/Access ARM Pensions RSA Contribution” and must be paid into the contribution collection account. Please find our bank account details & schedule of remittance to be used by your organization for payment purposes.

The payment can be done by bank transfer/bank deposit/EPCCOS platform, after which the schedule should be sent to info@access-armpensions.com to enable us credit the respective RSAs.

Please note that Sort Code 011150000 is mandatory when making e-transfers. The Employer Name, Depositor’s Name and the contribution period(s) covered should always be stated.
