About PenCare
The PenCare Initiative is a landmark healthcare support programme introduced by the National Pension Commission (PenCom) to improve access to medical services for eligible retirees. Under this initiative, you will be enrolled with a designated Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) to enable seamless access to healthcare services at no cost to you. Your health and wellbeing are our priority.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for PenCare, applicants must:
- Be a retiree under the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS)
- Be 60 years and above
- Maximum Monthly Pension Requirement of ₦150,000 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira)
- Meet any additional verification requirements as may be prescribed by the National Pension Commission (PenCom)
Eligible retirees will be required to complete the application and verification process through the approved PenCom platform.
